Honey Home Pakistan – Return & Refund Policy

At Honey Home Pakistan, we are driven to Providing premium quality products to our customers. Your trust matters to us. If you ever need to return a product, please read the policy mentioned below carefully.

 

 

Product Return Eligibility:

  • Returns and refunds are accepted within 07 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will not qualify for a full refund or  exchange.
  • Only unused, unopened items in original packaging are accepted for return. Used or opened items are not approved.
  • A Genuine receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
  • Products bought on sale, discount, or using coupons are not eligible for return.
  • No instant replacement available. Return the item and reorder your preferred product.
 

Items with defects / Damaged goods:

For any damaged or faulty product, please reach out to us at honey.homepak@gmail.com with clear product pictures. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund as needed.

 

Refund Overview:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the purchased item is incorrect or defective.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your balance.
 

Return Process:

  • To begin a return request, please contact our customer support at honey.homepak@gmail.com with your order number, contact number, and reason for return.
  • After approval of your return request, we will provide you with clear instructions for sending the item back.
  • When we receive your returned item, it will go through a quick inspection to make sure it matches our return conditions. You will then be notified whether your refund has been approved or declined. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • After approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Kindly note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
